Corporate Retreats

Do you need a space to host your corporate team-building session, leadership retreat or planning day?

The Lodge @ Awaken Retreats is just one part of our property. In addition to this accommodation, we have a meeting room suitable for up to 30 people. Groups are welcome to self-cater, or we are happy to assist if you would prefer us to look after the food.

Meeting Room Hire

Our meeting room is suitable for groups of up to 30 people. The room spills out onto a large deck that overlooks the property and this can also be utilised by the group.

Cost:

  • Not-for-profit clients – $200 per day
  • Corporate clients – $300 per day
  • A non-refundable $50 deposit is required to secure your booking.

  • 30 chairs
  • 3 folding tables – table cloths available
  • Whiteboard with markers
  • 10L urn

  • Kitchenette with fridge

  • Use of the grounds

Catering

Groups are welcome to organise their own catering or we can assist with catering if required. Please contact us for current pricing.

Breakfast:

  • Breakfast pack – includes cereal, milk, bread (for toast) and yoghurt.
  • Overnight oats – topped with granola, greek yoghurt and mixed berries.
  • Yoghurt cups – vanilla yoghurt layered with a selection of granola, coconut, mixed berries and passionfruit.

Lunch:

  • Wrap platter – an assortment of wraps containing, ham, salami, chicken breast, cheese, salads and dressings – serves 8.
  • Subway platter – an assortment of subway-style sandwiches containing chicken, ham, vegetarian and Italian fillings – serves 8.

Dinner:

  • Lasagne and garlic bread – ready to heat and serve yourself – serves 8.
  • Pea and ham soup with fresh bread – ready to heat and serve yourself – serves 8.
  • Pumpkin soup with fresh bread – ready to heat and serve yourself – serves 8.

Morning / Afternoon Tea:

  • Fruit platter – contains a selection of seasonal fruit – serves 8.
  • Cookie platter – at least 3 types of cookies – 24 cookies.
  • Muffins – choc chip, blueberry or double choc chip.
  • Savoury platter – contains a selection of hard and soft cheeses, salami, dip, crackers, antipasto items, as well as fresh and dried fruit – serves 8.
  • Dessert platter – contains a selection of dessert items including chocolate, lollies, fresh fruit, dipping chocolate and cakes – serves 8.
  • Brunch platter – contains a selection of items including croissants, pastries, fresh fruit, dried fruit and yoghurt – serves 8.
