Corporate Retreats

Do you need a space to host your corporate team-building session, leadership retreat or planning day?

“The Feathered Nest” is just one part of our property. In addition to this accommodation, we have a meeting room suitable for up to 25 people and additional accommodation facilities within our primary residence. Groups are welcome to self-cater, or we are happy to assist if you would prefer us to look after the food.

Meeting Room Hire

Our meeting room is suitable for groups of up to 25 people. The room spills out onto a large deck that overlooks the property and this can also be utilised by the group.

Cost:

  • Not-for-profit clients – $200 per day
  • Corporate clients – $300 per day
  • A non-refundable $50 deposit is required to secure your booking.

  • Airconditioned
  • Ceiling-mounted data projector (laptop not supplied)
  • Speakers
  • 25 chairs
  • 3 folding tables – table cloths available
  • Whiteboard with markers
  • 10L urn
  • Glasses, mugs, water jugs, plates, bowls, cutlery
  • Juice, water, tea, coffee, sugar and milk
  • Kitchenette with fridge
  • Wi-Fi access
  • Use of the grounds

Overnight Retreats

Our retreat centre sleeps a maximum of 16 people between the main house and “The Feathered Nest”. The main house has 6 bedrooms (each configurable as twin or king), 3 bathrooms, full kitchen and laundry facilities.

Cost:

The prices listed below are for accommodation only.

  • Not-for-profit clients – $60 per person per night – with a minimum of 6 people.
  • Corporate clients – $70 per person per night – with a minimum of 8 people.
  • Discounted rates are available for stays of more than 2 nights.
  • A non-refundable 10% deposit is required to secure your booking.

Inclusions:

  • Fully equipped kitchen with cookware, cutlery, crockery, glasses and mugs
  • 4 burner BBQ
  • Bed linen and towels
  • Meeting room hire and contents as listed above
  • Use of the grounds

Catering

Day and overnight groups may organise their own catering or we can assist with catering if required.

Breakfast:

  • Breakfast pack – includes cereal, milk, bread (for toast) and yoghurt – $5 per person per day.
  • Overnight oats – topped with granola, greek yoghurt and mixed berries – $5 per single-serve.
  • Yoghurt cups – vanilla yoghurt layered with a selection of granola, coconut, mixed berries and passionfruit – $5 per single serve.

Lunch:

  • Wrap platter – an assortment of wraps containing, ham, salami, chicken breast, cheese, salads and dressings – $40 each – serves 8.
  • Subway platter – an assortment of subway-style sandwiches containing chicken, ham, vegetarian and Italian fillings – $40 each – serves 8.

Dinner:

  • Lasagne and garlic bread – ready to heat and serve yourself – $40 – serves 8.
  • Pea and ham soup with fresh bread – ready to heat and serve yourself – $40 – serves 8.
  • Pumpkin soup with fresh bread – ready to heat and serve yourself – $40 – serves 8.

Morning / Afternoon Tea:

  • Fruit platter – contains a selection of seasonal fruit – $30 each – serves 8-10.
  • Cookie platter – at least 3 types of cookies – $20 each – 24 cookies.
  • Muffins – choc chip, blueberry or double choc chip – $2 each.
  • Mediterranian platter – contains dolmades, kalamata olives, stuffed baby bell peppers, greek feta, cherry bocconcini, prosciutto, salami, ham, wafer biscuits – $40 each – serves 8-10.
  • Dessert platter – contains chocolate dipping sauce, Skittles, iced doughnuts, chocolate pretzels, choc chip cookies, dried mango, chocolate-coated almonds, strawberries, tim tams, Ferrero Rocher chocolates – $40 each – serves 8-10.
