Awaken Retreats is a four-hectare, semi-rural property located near Kuttabul, 30 minutes north of Mackay. The site features areas of natural dry-rainforest, seasonal creeks and attracts a number of native bird and small marsupial species. Whether you are looking for a space for reflection within a beautiful natural setting or simply taking time away from the busyness of everyday life, we offer a place of peace and serenity for both individual and small group retreat experiences. Our primary vision is to make this property available for use by church groups and to support pastors, missionaries and their families.
